What is your exchange and return policy?
We understand that sizing can be tricky sometimes, and we want to make sure that you are satisfied with the fit of the garment. We will gladly exchange your order for a different size. We are also accepting returns and will issue you a full refund.
All items must be in new condition and be returned within 14 days of your package being delivered in order to be eligible for an exchange or a return. Unfortunately, we can’t cover any international return shipping costs.
Please email returns@leiashop.com and we will start processing your exchange or return. Allow us a couple of days to get back to you.
When does my order ship?
All U.S. and international orders will ship within 3-5 days of your order being placed.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do!
Please keep in mind that we’re a small company and shipping costs can be quite expensive. As a courtesy, we are already including a discount for you in order to make it more affordable. International orders will ship within 3-5 days after your order has been placed.
Also note that all international shipments are subject to duties, taxes, and clearing fees. The customer is responsible for paying these extraneous costs. Most countries will assess duties/taxes on your shipment and in certain countries, the carrier will pre-pay the duties and taxes and bill you at a later time. Your package will be abandoned If you refuse delivery. Once abandoned, we will be unable to ship another package to you or issue a refund.
